The phase separators control the flow of liquid nitrogen allowing the evaporated gas to escape, this prevents the LN2 from spurting out and is easier to control.

LONG HOSE AND VALVE DISPENSING LANCE
For Dispensing into lots of refrigerators when supply tank is more than 2 Mtr from Cryostors with full control.
The following is included:
- DISPENSING LANCE & OPEN-CLOSE VALVE INC PHASE SEPARATOR & RELIEF VALVE
- 2 METRE FLEXIBLE HOSE C/W STRENGTHENING SLEEVE
- Also Available 3 METRE HOSE
The dispensing lance has a phase separator fitted with a cover to direct and control the LN2flow, and the handle prevents the users` hands getting too cold as it is a thermal break from the LN2. If the wall mounted holder is used and condensation does not collect in the phase separator blocking it with ice.
For users dispensing more than 2 metres from the supply tank this is a version of the dis- pensing lance with a manual valve so the LN2 can be controlled at the dispensing end, though this option does require an in line relief valve fitted.
